One investor, every surfaceFollow up

Your raise lasts months. The relationship lasts years.

Founders raise for a few months, then go quiet for a year. PrimeVDR keeps the relationship warm the whole way through, so the next round starts from a list of people who already know you.

One investor list. Every surface reads from it.

Your deck, your data room, and your updates all share the same contacts. Sarah opens your deck, gets invited to the room, and reads your update, and it is all one timeline, one score, one person. No more reconciling a spreadsheet against DocSend against Mailchimp.

  • Import your list by CSV, or add investors as you go.
  • Tag current investors and prospects, segment your updates.
  • Every read, on any surface, rolls up to one engagement score.

The engagement score

One number tells you who to call next.

Every investor gets a score from 0 to 100. It weighs recency, return visits, time on Financials, off-hours reads, and depth. Total clicks barely move it. A plain-English why sits next to every score, so the follow-up is never a guess. No AI and no black box. It is a formula you can read.

  • Return visits weighted heavily: they came back for a reason.
  • Weekend and late-night reads signal real intent.
  • Deep time on Financials or Legal means diligence, not browsing.
  • Firm momentum: spot when several people from one fund are reading.

Monthly updates that actually get read.

Write a short update, send it to your whole list or just current investors. The open lands on the same timeline as their room reads, so an update that pulls someone back into your data room shows up as a high-intent signal. This is what keeps you top of mind between raises, without paying for Mailchimp.

Text updates are free on every plan. They are also how investors who passed stay warm for the round after this one.

Built for diligence.

The room is part of your pitch. Watermarking, anti-forwarding, and an immutable audit trail keep your documents controlled after you share them.

  • Per-recipient watermarks. Every page carries the investor's email and date.
  • Email-OTP anti-forwarding. A forwarded link is useless without their inbox.
  • Immutable audit trail. Append-only at the database level. Nothing erasable.
  • Tenant isolation. Postgres Row Level Security scopes every query.

Your room lives in the investor's inbox.

Every investor you invite gets a free inbox of every room shared with them, across all founders. Your deal sits in their daily workflow instead of buried in email. And every room they review carries a quiet Powered by PrimeVDR, so the investors who read you become the founders who find you.

Common questions

Is this a data room or an investor CRM?

Both, on one list. You get a secure, tracked data room and a place to manage every investor relationship: your deck, the room, and your monthly updates all read from the same list and roll up to one score per person.

What are investor updates?

Short text updates you send to your list, free on every plan. Opens are tracked on the same timeline as room reads, so you can see when an update pulls an investor back into your deal. It is how founders stay top of mind between raises.

How is the 0 to 100 score calculated?

A deterministic formula, no AI or black-box ML. It weights recency (20), return visits (20), opening Financials or Legal (30), reading completion and off-hours reads (15), and total documents viewed (15). The exact weights are on the Features page.

Can investors forward my link?

Forwarding fails. Each link is bound to the invited email with a 6-digit one-time code, every page is watermarked with the recipient's email, and every access is logged in an append-only audit trail.

How long does setup take?

Track a single deck in about 60 seconds with the single-link flow. A full structured room with the 6-section template takes under 15 minutes. No onboarding call.
